1.2 Refusing Service
Pulchry reserves the right to refuse service for any material or job that the Pulchry feels is not legal, moral, or in Christian principles. To maintain a clean, professional and orderly environment.
1.3 Acceptance of Orders and Initial Payment
Acceptance of order by Pulchry is dependent on a payment of 35% of the estimated work to be done (unless otherwise stated below). Which is the initial fee. Your project will also undergo a review by the Pulchry team. After the initial consultation, we will review the document, and inform you of acceptance or rejection.
1.4 Order Expiration
If job ticket has been set up, and initial consultation has been accepted, but client has not supplied the initial payment. Then the client has 4 weeks before the order expires. Client will be notified 2 weeks in advance before job expires. If there are any financial issues, problems, or concerns. E-mail info@pulchry.com
1.5 Payment of Fees
Refund and Disputes
All payments after the initial 30 days of service to Pulchry are non-refundable. Initial payment will be refunded in full if client cancels job before the 30 days is up. Hourly charges will be billed to client upon cancelleation. Cancellation fee applies (see section 1.5). All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred.
1.6 Cancellation/Continuation Fee
If work has been done, and the client seeks to cancel a job, any charges shall be immediately due and payable. Charges shall be for any work in progress, contracted services fees, or software purchases for the purpose to suit the client’s needs.
For fixed rate projects, there will be a non-refundable fee depending on the size of the project ranging from $20 for small projects and up. (nothing extravagant). If you decide to place a pause on your project, than you have total amount of 4 weeks after notification. Before charges begin. A monthly surcharge of 10% will be added to the current price. Project may not reach client expected deadline, and Pulchry will not be held liable for any delays because of project halts. By halting a project, or ceasing production, client must expect that expected deadline may not be reached. Pulchry will try to make sure that your project is done with efficiency and proficiency even when job is continued.
1.7 Production Schedules
The Stages of Graphic Design are identified in the Project Roadmap, given to the client in the setup of the Job Ticket. First proofs will generally be submitted to customer within 5-12 days of receipt of material, or earlier if arrangements have been separately agreed upon. Timely review of proofs are the responsibility of the customer. Revised proofs based on any alterations requested by customer will generally be submitted to customer within 1 week. There will be no work in operation on Fridays and Saturdays. A business week is Monday through Thursday. 8:00 am - 5:45 pm CST
1.8 Client Requested Deadline’s
Client must be aware that projects cannot be accepted if deadline, or expected date of completion is sooner than 31 Days of your job ticket setup. In order to keep a scheduled and decent environment not only for requested project, but for the sake of other projects from other customers.
2.0 Website Design
2.1 Authorization
The client is engaging Pulchry as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing and/or improving a website. In order to make changes to a site, information is needed from the clients side. Password, host name, directories, FTP site’s, etc. Pulchry, will be unable to proceed or venture upon work without this information. Pulchry will not disclose any confidential information that is released.
2.2 Text Changes
Time required to make substantive changes to client-submitted text after the web pages have been constructed will be additional, billed at a per instance basis unless you have signed up for the website maintenance package.
2.3 Copyrights
Copyright of artwork is transferred to client immediately after payment. Though Pulchry would ask that you resell not the artwork, unless authorization is granted.
2.4 Error
Pulchry will seek to ensure pages authored by Pulchry are free of bugs. After site has been posted to site. 30 days will be included (in price) for any errors that arise, and Pulchry that problems are fixed.
2.5 Payment
Payment to Pulchry is due and payable on the following schedule. Deposit based on a 25% of the estimated price. Client will also be responsible for price points set up in the project, as task are completed. All payments are to be made in US funds. Delay in payment will result in a $15 charge to final price if payment is not received by the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 5% penalty will be added for each month of delay. If there is a delay or withhold of payment Pulchry reserves the right to remove web pages from viewing on the internet until final payment is made.
2.6 Website Design Combos:
All website design combo come with up to 3 design composites and up to 10 corrections on each composite. Each additional website design will incur additional hourly charges.
3.0 Graphic Design
3.1 Prices
All prices, and rates are discussed in the initial consultation.
3.2 Accuracy of Pricing Services
Prices are based upon estimated work to be done (including fixed prices) Pulchry can re-quote if job seems to portray a different amount of work.
3.4 Ownership of Images, etc
Unless otherwise agreed all outside purchases as requested or authorized by the customer, will be of the ownership of Pulchry. (Unless images are purchased by client.)
3.5 Postage/Mailing
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will pay for all postage charges.
3.6 Proofs
Three proofs are included in base price. If changes are desired, e-mail in writing. Changes cannot be done over telephone.
Proofs will be submitted uploaded to website under your account.
3.7 Terms/Claims/Errors & Corrections
The customer is liable to review for problems in project. Claims must be made by the customer in writing or e-mail within a period of fifteen (15) days after delivery of all or any part of the order. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute acceptance and an admission that the order fully complies with terms, conditions, and specifications. Customer is should be aware that charges will apply when the 15 day period has passed.
3.8 Credit Cards
Pulchry can process credit cards through PayPal, Inc. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to Pulchry PayPal offers 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account and offers additional coverage for your transactions from purchase protection programs offered by PayPal, Inc. Pulchry will treat credit cards as cash. All credit card disputes must be discussed with PayPal, Inc.
4.0 Publications
4.1 Book Cover & Book Layout
Electronic Manuscript or Image
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. Whether it be a document, or an image. All corrections must be made before sending electronic document to Pulchry.
4.2 Alterations/Changes to Originally Supplied Document
35 Changes included in price to text in layout. Once changes goes beyond 35 a rate of $.15 (fifteen cents). Will be charged for each correction.
4.3 Magazine Production
